ACO Insurance Group Introduces Nick Yates as President of Employee Benefits



Vienna, VA – July 20, 2022 – ACO Insurance Group welcomes Nick Yates as President of our Employee Benefits practice. As we strive to deliver ‘A-Level’ products and services to our existing commercial clients, Nick and his team at Spectrum Benefits Solutions will power our expansion of ACO’s Employee Benefit offering through this exclusive partnership. He will oversee the firm’s employee benefits practice including sales and service responsibilities. ACO Insurance Group specializes in providing insurance and risk management services to businesses and individuals throughout the continental US.


Nick brings nearly 10 years of experience and specialized knowledge having worked with a top 10 National Brokerage Firm. Nick has a proven track record of success building profitable books-of-business and leading others as a Sales Manager. Nick employs several unique approaches to Employee Benefits that deliver more choices and savings to the client. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Shenandoah University.


Prior to starting Spectrum Benefits Solutions, Nick worked for a top 10 National Brokerage, who specializes in providing Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, and Personal Lines solutions to national clientele. Andrew Schlaffer, President of ACO Insurance Group, stated,
