Our company’s founder started ACO after working ten years for very large insurance companies, which helped him develop the core of our business model. Upon reverse engineering the 'big box' agency structure, we were able to remove everything that is not favorable for individual development, wealth accumulation, lifestyle balance and merit-based recognition.
By identifying the major issues with the various corporatized business models being pushed by the majority of independent and publicly traded insurance brokerages, ACO can more easily differentiate itself and deliver a unique value proposition to both sales and service professionals alike. Just as our company's acronym emphasizes 'Accomplishing Client Objectives,' we believe the same level of importance should be placed on 'Accomplishing Team Member Objectives.'
