Claims Scenario:
EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWN

A power surge at a brewery caused an electrical breakdown in their custom-made glycol chiller system. The entire system ended up needing replacement, which resulted in a loss of business income. The brewery also experienced resulting spoilage damage from the loss of the cooling service. The total loss was approximately $35,000 including property damages, spoilage damages and loss of income.
